What is Our Workouts?

Workouts

Players, ages 10-18, meet twice a week for 6 weeks, working on the basic fundamentals of basketball while enhancing skill development. Players are grouped according to age, skill level, and ability. The goal of this program is to give players an opportunity to build confidence, develop skills, and compete against each other through scrimmages.
